Sheldon Hall

Originally built in the early 1970's, Sheldon Hall is a 30,000 square-foot dormitory on the campus of Doane College. Hawkins Construction performed a complete renovation of this four-level building in only three months so work could be completed while students were on summer break.

Exterior renovations consisted of replacement of the entire roof, gutters and downspouts; installation of all new Pella windows; and restoration of all brick and stone restoration. Hawkins also installed retaining walls, stamped and colored concrete patios, and an exterior fireplace.
