The Eppley Terminal Entrance Drive Expansion Phase 3 project is a muti-year project that will add an additional passenger drop off lane.  The drop off and pick up areas will have 725 feet of curb-less entry adjacent to the terminal, all under a large new canopy. The canopy will cover the road and passenger area and will stretch from the terminal building to the south garage.

The canopy, which is approximately 825 feet long, will be constructed of over 2200 tons of steel that will be wrapped with architectural aluminum cladding.  There will be roughly 93,000 SF of structural glass that will make up the roof.

The canopy and road will be completed in early 2025.  When completed, this project will leave a great impression of Omaha to the passengers leaving and arriving at Eppley Airfield.
