Antelope Valley Project in Lincoln, NE
The following is a list of the Antelope Valley projects with their location that we have done thus far:

Bellevue University Educational Services Building
The new 6 story ESB Addition is a 130,000 square foot higher learning education facility which is currently under construction using the CM at Risk method. This project includes auger cast piling, structural frame, curtain wall window system, and data center in the lower level. The upper five floors will contain space for educational instruction, administrative offices and contains 4 elevators. The project is currently on schedule and under budget with a completion date set for July of 2011. The GMP cost is $22,120,000. |

Creighton Ryan D.J./Sokol Arena
This facility consisted of approximately 76,000 SF of coach's offices, training rooms, lockers for soccer, baseball, volleyball and basketball, and a 2,800 seat arena for women's basketball and volleyball. This project was a fast-track 12-month project and used Construction Manager at Risk as the delivery system for construction services. Final date of completion was August 7, 2009. Final construction cost $16,332,858. |

University of Nebraska at Omaha Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building
This CM at Risk project focused specifically on student recreation and student-based programs, the addition and renovation of UNO's Health, Physical Education and Recreation Building will enhance recreational activities and student health programs supporting these student services. Chris was the project manager working with RDG Planning & Design providing CM at Risk services for this $33.8 million project that required consistent communication with multiple departments within the HPER facility. The project consisted of additions to all sides of the existing building, renovating 90% of the existing building, all while the building was fully occupied. |
