John B. Muller Administrative Services Building

This project is the latest addition to Bellevue University’s main campus and houses the University’s Welcome Center, enrollment offices, academic advisors, financial services, and data center. Hawkins built temporary entrances to the adjacent ESB building to reduce impact to staff during the 16-month construction period. Occupying 130,000 square feet, this five-story structural steel building is covered with a glass and metal panel façade. The foundation consists of auger-cast piles and 22-foot tall concrete walls.

"Hawkins Construction Company has been a vital partner in building some of Nebraska's most iconic transportation projects — like the West Dodge elevated expressway and the Interstate 80 six-lane between Omaha and Lincoln. Hawkins’ teams consistently help solve problems on-site, create accurate documents, and minimize unnecessary changes — all at extremely competitive prices.”
