Field Positions
Hawkins Construction Company self-performs work in both Commercial Building and Heavy/Highway sectors; therefore, we are able to offer our employees opportunities in multiple areas. This provides possible year-round employment and cross training beyond a primary craft.

Internship Positions
Hawkins Construction’s internship program is directed at college students enrolled in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering and other construction related programs.
Hawkins Construction’s summer interns are given the same responsibilities as those held by our entry-level employees. We offer a unique opportunity to gain real life field experience while you complete your education, allowing you to test drive our organization.
Unlike many internship programs, ours is structured and supervised in a way that allows you to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. This follows our philosophy that good management starts with a good foundation, and there is no better way to learn the means and methods of construction than to actually do them. We want our interns to have a great experience with us and ultimately a great career at Hawkins Construction in the years to come.
