Description: Hawkins Construction provided general contracting services for the Hewlett-Packard sales and support facility that included a complete interior remodel and mechanical/electrical/data upgrades to 3 of the 4 floors encompassing over 58,000 square-foot of gross usable space. The project was divided into two phases. Phase 1 includes interior office build-out of floors 1 and 2 including installation of new computer hub for Omaha, Nebraska; and Phase 2 to include moving occupants from floor 4 to floors 1 and 2 and completing office build-out of floor 3.
