Description: One of eastern Nebraska’s newest retail destinations, the 880,000 square-foot, open-air mall, is located at Highway 370 and 72nd Street in Papillion, Nebraska. Hawkins Construction’s involvement included preparing the infrastructure for future construction projects by performing underground utilities, paving and site lighting on the 127 acre site.
