144th Street, Madison to Dayton Street

Description: Hawkins Construction was involved in the reconstruction efforts on the congested intersections of 144th Street in Southwest Omaha. The project included widening of 144th to four lanes between Dayton and Madison Streets, new intersections at Q, U, Millard Ave., and Stony Brook Blvd. The reconstruction project relieved traffic pressure on 144th and serves as the main artery for the north-south connector for west Omaha.
