Description: This 50,000 square-foot assisted living facility has a residential design and feel on the exterior. The commercial grade structure was constructed of cast-in-place concrete and wood framing and has precast concrete hollow-core floors to eliminate noise transmission between floors. The facility features 64 residence rooms for Alzheimer’s patients. The rooms are divided into six households with separate dining, living and kitchen facilities.
