Woodman Park
Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Description: A 7-level, 208,500 square-foot parking structure located in Omaha’s downtown business district. The large garage, construction of precast concrete, was constructed within a confined space. Special precautions were taken, including the construction of pedestrian canopies, to insure that downtown workers could move freely about the construction zone and business could be conducted as usual.
