Emile Street Parking Structure
Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Description: One of the area’s largest multi-level parking garages, this 6-level, post-tension cast-in-place concrete structure features 1,755 parking stalls. Its location on 44th and Emile Street required mass excavation of unstable soil conditions on a large side slope. Hawkins’ crews devised a plan to build stair towers separately from the parking decks so multiple activities could be completed at once.
