Description: Hawkins Construction was the design/build firm that completed the 23,000 square-foot concrete pipe manufacturing facility that included employee locker room, dining room, offices and 8,000 square-foot steam cure building. The manufacturing facility houses a fully automated pipe casting machine for pipe up to 48” diameter.
