Description: Oriental Trading Company’s new LaVista distribution center addition provides space to store and ship the novelties, toys, party supplies and other goods sold by the company. The Phase IIA addition consisted of new construction utilizing tilt-up concrete wall panels encompassing 137,000 square-feet. Along with the addition was the reconfiguration of 110,000 square-feet in the existing warehouse facility.
