Ameristar Casino Hotel

Description: The Ameristar Casino Hotel project included the renovation of 160 existing guest rooms on four floors of the casino hotel. Construction was divided in eight phases. Each phase included renovation of 20 rooms and associated corridor while keeping the hotel room availability at no less than 75% occupied.
