General Contracting - Hawkins Construction’s success in the hard-bid market is a testament to our knowledge of current market conditions and our ability to provide the best possible pricing to our clients. The majority of all civil work and nearly half of our commercial building work are contracted with clients on the traditional design-bid-build basis.

Construction Management – Hawkins Construction has the in-house expertise to guide our clients in the overall management and administration of projects. Hawkins’ construction management approach provides clients with the assurance that budgets and schedules are met and is based on teamwork in which the client, architect/engineer and construction manager work together in the client's best interest.

Design-Build – Hawkins Construction’s design-build method of project delivery takes advantage of a single contract with the client where Hawkins accepts responsibility for architectural /engineering design and the construction of the project.

Clients have opted for this method of delivery with Hawkins for many reasons:

• Design/build services offers clients fixed-price, one-stop shopping, allowing for fast turnaround
• Faster design and construction allows owners to pay less interest on a construction loan and begin a revenue stream earlier because the building is completed sooner
